1 x 600- 300 swim relaxed freestyle/300 reverse IM- each 75 is drill/drill/kick on back by 25's
1:00 rest

With fins, fly drilling (18 x 25 total @ :40)- various drills
Take fins off...
1 x 600 swim- 75 backstroke (UDK), 25 swim fly FROM A DIVE build to FAST
1:00 rest

8 x 25 kick all out FAST @ :45 with boards
1:00 rest

Talk about starts, then...

Work on starts until 9:00 a,m.

Do some reading today, drink lots of water & get excited for your July meets. Have a great day!
