1 x 20:00 pull free- 300 with shnorkel, 300 NO SHNORKEL br 3/5/7 by 100's
1 x 10:00 kick- 200 on back (UDK!, 100 with boards, choice kick/breaststroke kick by 50's
Check HR after each 30/20/10.
