3 x 75 @ 1:30, 2 dolph kicks 1 pull breaststroke desc 1-3 to something juicy!
No rest between sets, check HR after 2nd set.
4 sets of:
3 x 25 breaststroke @ :35- odds are 15 FAST-10 drill; #2 is swim build to FAST
1 x 75 swim (50)/kick (on back) breaststroke @ 1:15
