8 x 175 from a dive in heats:
1-2, 75 swim fly, 50 back, 50 breast
3-4, 50 swim fly, 75 swim back, 50 swim breast
5-6, 50 swim fly, 50 swim back, 75 swim breast
7-8, all kick with boards, 100 IM order, 75 primary stroke NO FREE
100 easy drill before you get out. Enjoy the time off- you won't be swimming again until next year. Tomorrow here at Claude Moore, 12-2, then regular schedule begins again on Monday. Have a great day!
