1 x 600- 300 swim freestyle, 300 reverse IM- each 100 is kick/drill by 25's
1:00 rest

Meet warmup, then...

8 x 175 from a dive @ 6:00-

100 swim IM, :10 rest, 75 kick IM order with boards- keep track of times

Finish up with the usual (with fins)
