1-4, 25 kick build, 25 ra back, 25 la back
5-8, 50 swim back build, 25 kick FAST
1:00 rest, check HR
4 sets of:
2 x 75 kick with boards @ 1:20, desc 1-2 to FAST, last 25 is breast kick
1 x 100 kick on back FAST for time @ 1:30
2 x 75 kick on back @ 1:20- 4 FAST UDK's off each wall, last 25 dolph kick on side (face scoreboard)
1 x 100 kick FAST with boards- 2 x 50 @ :10 rest, get time, all @ 2:30
No rest between sets, check HR after each round.
3 sets of:
6 x 100 swim free at pace (mile, 1000, 500 by round); start @ 1:40
1 x 150 swim free descend the 3 x 50 to 200 free pace
1:00 rest between sets, check HR
With fins until 7:15 a.m., finish up fly drilling: 25's @ :35
