Meet Warmup, then...

2 sets of:

3 x 100 race for time from a dive @ 3:00
10 min active recovery
6 x 50 race for time from a dive @ 3:00
10 min active recovery

1st set free;
2nd set IM (50's are IM transition by 25's)

600 easy drill/drill/kick on back by 25's before you get out. Do an excellent job in school today and get excited for the December meets. Have a great day!
