RACE DAY!!
Today we went the following:
4 x 75 from a dive @ 4:00- get times, add up for 300 total
Warmdown a bit- keep your distance, immediately put mask on when you get out
After everybody has gone their 4 x 75...
3 x 100 swim @ 5:00- BEST AVERAGE, how close can you get to your total time from the 75's?
Everybody has to do 4 x 300 @ :20 rest before they leave (200 pull free br3, then 100 drill)

Sprinters- choice of events (target your three best), or you can choose to do the 4 x 75/3 x 100
Distance- 4 x 125 @ 4:00- add up time for 500 total; then 20 mins of warmdown, then...
3 x 550 swim or pull (your choice) @ :30 rest- desc 1-3 to your 1650 Goal Pace
Warmdown well before you get out, and remember, we don't know when we'll get to race again at a meet, so make the very most of these RACE DAY opportunities!
Wear your mask all the way to the car, do an excellent job in school today- and with your DRYLANDS! Regular workout tomorrow morning, but NO LCM AT THE ST. JAMES ON SUNDAY. Have a great day!
