Natalie (after warmup of your choice)-
3 rounds of:
6 x 50 @ :55-
odds- swim free with FAST breakout, then cruise
evens- swim 1/2 NO FREE build, then 1/2 choice
1 x 150 (by 50's)- drill/swim build to race pace/drill
Check HR
1:00 rest after each round
Stuart-
Swim as you feel until you're ready to go some pacework (50's)
Wear your mask all the way to the car, do an excellent job with your schoolwork today- and DRYLANDS if you're not swimming in the meet. Good luck to everybody racing today!
