With fins:
6 x 25 fly pull with free kick @ :40
6 x 25 "blow it out the back" drill, also @ :40
Take fins off...
3 sets of:
9 x 50 as follows:
1&2 swim IM order by 25's (NO FREE) @ :50
#3- kick on back (middle set of 3 can be with boards- this is all FAST
1 x 300 swim free, get time on #1 & descend 1-3
With fins:
9 x 150 swim descend 1-3 to something all out SMOKING FAST @ 2:40
1st set of 3 is free, 2nd set of 3 is NO FREE, 3rd set of 3 is your choice
