2 x 50 kick/swim breaststroke by 25's @ :55
3 x 50 swim breast/free by 25's @ :50
1 x 150- choice breaststroke drill/skulling by 25's @ 3:00

odds- kick on back @ 1:50, focus on UDK & make the interval
evens- BROKEN KICK with boards @ 2:30 (all @ :10 rest)

1 x 100 kick IM (by 25's) FAST for time
