RACE DAY!!
Today we went:
4 x 175 RACE IM (skip last 25 free) in heats, :10 apart
Goal: be :05 faster (or better) than your 200y IM goal time!
Warmdown a bit before you leave. Remember, we're going to Panera for breakfast after workout. SCHEDULE REMINDER: no workouts this weekend due to the meet (except, the St. James group will meet at St. James, regular time for LCM). Enjoy the time off, do a great job with your HW- and with your DRYLANDS. Regular schedule resumes on Monday, 11/8. Have a great day!
