Great job racing this weekend! Some very impressive swims- especially by those who came workout on Saturday (prelims) and to the Distance Meet on Sunday. Today, we'll swim down from the meet, work on starts, and talk about some goal times for the last half of the season.

10 minute kick- 150 on back (IM order by 50's), 50 choice with boards
