2 x 300 kick @ :10 rest (4 UDK's off each turn), neg split each 100: 100 free, 100 primary kick, 100 choice kick

3 x 5 minute swims @ 6:00- increase your effort ("descend")
1:00 rest, check HR

6 x 100 swim at freestyle pace @ 1:45
1:00 rest between sets, check HR
