TEST SET-
3 x 350 swim IM- 75 of each stroke, 50 kick free at the end @ 5:30, desc 1-3 to all out FAST
Until 10 a.m., finish up with...
2 x 100 @ 1:30- 25 swim primary stroke, 50 swim free br 3, 25 kick on back (@ 1:40 Lane 1?)
1 x 125 swim free br 3 @ 1:30 (@ 1:40 Lane 1)
:30 extra rest after even rounds, check HR.
