1 x 600- 300 free, 300 reverse IM- your choice, mix up the IM
1:00 rest

All @ 2:00 rest-
30 minute swim
20 minute pull with shnorkels
10 minute kick (100 on back, 50 with boards)
Check HR

Finish up with...
9 x 100 @ 2:00-
#1- swim free/drill NO FREE, by 50's
#2- swim free/swim NO FREE (same stroke as drill on #1)
#3- swim/kick by 50's NO FREE

150 easy before you get out to help with the lanelines. Drink plenty of water today, wear your sunscreen & think about what you liked & didn't like about the meet. Have a great day!
