RACE DAY!!
With the big group...
2 sets of:
200 swim race from a dive
2 x 100 swim race from a dive
4 x 50 swim race from a dive- walk back after each one
1st set primary stroke, 2nd set choice
Warmdown a bit before you get out. Wear your sunscreen if you have to be outside this weekend and get excited for the rest of our summer training (only about seven weeks to go!). Have a great day!
