4 x 400 @ :20 rest as follows:
1- 100 swim free br3, 300 kick (build to FAST)/drill by 25's
2- 200 swim free br3, 200 kick/drill- as above
3- 300/100
4- all swim with excellent technique, build each turn to FAST
Until 6a, finish up with...
50's swim free br3, 3 @ :55, 1 @ :55 (every 3rd round of 4 is with shnorkels)
