3 rounds (in two groups):
1 x 100 RACE freestyle- get time
1 x 100 RACE IM- get time, add to free time
1 x 200 RACE in primary stroke, can you be faster than your 100 Free/100 IM time?
Warmdown a bit before you get out. Do an excellent job with your HW this weekend, get excited for tomorrow's workout. Have a great day!
