Saturday Morning, December 26, 2020- written for SCY for anybody who can get a swim in today (or tomorrow)

1 x 600- 300/200/100
1:00 rest

6 x 50 drill/kick by 25's @ :10 rest- go 3 free, 3 NO FREE
4 x 100 @ :10 rest- 75 drill/swim/drill, then last 25 small FAST UDK as far as you can go
6 x 75 @ 1:20- odds are drill/swim/drill by 25's in 4th best stroke, evens are all kick on back desc 1-3
Check HR, then 1:00 rest

2 sets of:
3 x 100 @ 1:40, desc 1-3: 25 kick build to FAST, 50 swim choice, 25 kick UDK
3 x 100 @ 1:40, desc 1-3: 25 swim build to FAST turn, 50 kick choice, 25 swim
2 x 300 pull or swim @ :20 rest, desc 1-2 (if pull in 1st round, then swim in 2nd round; or vice versa)
1:00 rest between sets, check HR

After 2nd set, finish up with...
3 x 100 @ :15 rest, drill/kick/drill/skulling by 25's

Wear your mask all the way to the car. Do some HW today, and some DRYLANDS. Take good care of yourself away from the pool and start thinking about some goals for 2021. Have a great day!
