RACE DAY!!
Today we had two options:
300 RACE from a dive (DISTANCE)
OR...
150 RACE from a dive (STROKE groups)
Warmdown 8-10 minutes, and if there is time...
Finish up with:
50's RACE from a dive @ 2:00
Wear your mask all the way to the car, do an excellent job in school today- and with your DRYLANDS; and, make plans to stay ACTIVE during the break next week. I'll post a couple of workout during the week for anybody who can get a swim in. Have a great day!
