Check HR after each round, then back into next round. No more than 1:00 rest between rounds
1 x 3000 for time
Check HR immediately & OML
Until 3:30p, finish up with...
50's @ 1:00- go drill/kick and drill/skulling by 25's (odds & evens)
Check HR before you get out
