RACE DAY!!
Today we went 3 rounds of:
1 x 150 RACE from a dive- 100 swim, 50 kick with boards, get time
150 easy kick/drill/drill by 50's active recovery
BROKEN 150- swim/swim/kick with boards by 50's- all @ :10 rest, how much faster can you be than your straight swim
Go primary/free/choice by round.
Warmdown a bit before you help with the lanelines. Wear your sunscreen this weekend and stay hydrated. Get excited to race next week & have a great day!
