1 x 600- 300 swim freestyle, 300 reverse IM drill- go drill/drill/skulling by 25's
1:00 rest
4 x 150 @ :10 rest-
1- drill/kick on back (build) by 25's
2- 50 swim, 100 drill/kick on back (build) by 25's
3- 100 swim (neg split each 50), 50 drill/kick on back (build) by 25's
4- 150 swim with FAST turns- change gears here and make the turns a weapon!
1:00 rest
5 sets of:
2 x 75 @ 1:30- 25 kick with boards build to FAST, 25 swim FAST TURN/BO, 25 drill
3 x 50 kick @ 1:10* desc 1-3 to all out FAST; odd 50's with boards, #2 is on back (UDK's!)
*interval gets :05 faster by round until you can't make it- then in next set they're all FAST @ :10 rest
After 1st, 3rd & 5th rounds, go...
1 x 300 swim free, back or IM (by 75's), choose one stroke for all 3 and get time, desc 1-3 to something JUICY!
We had to cut this short today due to the bad weather, only got two rounds in; will try it again later in the week.
