Saturday Morning, October 12, 2019- Sr. Silver @ DS

Meet Warmup, then...

RACE DAY!!

3 rounds of:
2 x 50 from a dive RACE (same stroke for both) @ 2:00- one group every 1:00; get times
1 x 75 from a dive RACE (same stroke as 50's) @ 3:00- one group every 1:30;
The goal of each round is for the 75 to be FASTER (or, as fast) as the 2 x 50 would be at the 75.
Ex: go :29 & :29 for the 50's, that's :58, so you'd be approx. :43-:44 at the 75.
1st round free, 2nd round primary, 3rd round choice (can be kick with boards if you're feeling daring)
