RACE DAY!!
Today we went 6 rounds of the following:
1 x 100 swim RACE from a dive @ 2:00- get time
1 x 75 kick with boards RACE- trying to be equal to or faster than your 100 race time! Same kick
Go 2 rounds free, 2 rounds primary and 2 rounds your choice (same stroke for both)
Warmdown a bit before you get out. Do an excellent job with your HW tonight and remember that all workouts this weekend are here at the D. Have a great day!
