RACE DAY!!
Today we went 8 rounds of the following:
BROKEN 175- 100 swim from a dive, :20 rest, 75 swim from a push
Go 2 free, 2 primary (NO FREE), 2 IM (50 of each, except free), and 2 kick
Remember, this is about RACING, developing toughness when you start to hurt & breakdown in the race, and taking a chance to achieve something you haven't already done. Don't blink...
Warmdown a bit before you get out. Do an excellent job with your HW tonight & remind your parents about Coffee on Saturday during drylands. Have a great day!
