After a slightly longer warmup, we went a really good set of 25's:
4* rounds of 12 x 25-
1-4, odds & evens:
odds- 15y swim FAST/10y drill @ :35
evens- all swim FAST @ :20
5-6, all FAST UDK (#5 @ :40, #6 @ :20
7-10, same as 1-4;
Take :20 extra rest after #10, then...
11-12 (like a BROKEN 50):
11- all FAST UDK, then :10 rest
12- all swim FAST
Check HR & 2 x 50 drill @ 1:00 after each round
*even rounds with fins
Go 1st two sets free, last two sets primary stroke NO FREE
A good job by everybody in attendance this morning!
