2- 100 swim FAST TURNS, 50 kick
3- 50 choice, 100 kick negative split; focus on FAST UDK's
1:00 rest after #6, check HR then...
1 x 250 odd 50's swim desc 1-3, even 50's choice
Check HR again, then 1:00 rest
2 options today...
DISTANCE-
5 rounds of 700 swim/3 x 100 (various by rounds), desc the 700's swim or pull to giddyup!
STROKE GROUPS-
6 rounds of:
6 x 75 swim 50/25 @ 1:10, some sort of IM (can be 50 fly/25 back; or 50 back/25 breast); except #'s 3 & 5 are all kick- hustle to make the interval!
5 minutes swim (with 1:00 rest after each 5 mins)- get total distance and increase distance 1-3 & 4-6
Check HR after each round & get water
Warmdown with 5 x 50 @ :10 rest drill/choice by 25's
