1 x 600- 300 swim free, 300 reverse IM drill- each 100 is drill/kick by 50's
1:00 rest
Warmup "as you feel," until 10:20 a.m.
9 x 75 as follows:
1- swim free br 3/5/3 by 25's @ 1:00 (or @ 1:10)
2- drill/swim/drill by 25's in primary stroke NO FREE @ 1:20
3- kick with boards- get time, desc 1-3 to something juicy! @ 1:30
Check HR after #9, then go back to starting end
With fins, until 11 a.m.,
3 x 50 swim desc 1-3 @ 1:00- #3 is all out for time
1 x 50 LUNGBUSTER/swim by 25's - same stroke as first 3 x 50, how close can you come to your time on #3?!?
