Sunday Morning, February 11, 2018- Combined Jr. Gold @ CM

After PMI,

1 x 600- 300 swim freestyle, 300 reverse IM- each 75 is skulling/drill/drill by 25's
1:00 rest

4 x 50 drill/kick by 25's in primary stroke @ 1:00 (NO FREE)
4 x 75 @ 1:20- also in primary stroke (same as 50's): swim (dps)/kick (build to FAST turn)/swim FAST by 25's
1:00 rest, check HR

With fins:
12 x 75 swim @ 1:40, desc 1-3 to something juicy- get average time for 3, 6, 9 & 12
1:00 rest- check HR & take fins off.

With boards,
12 x 50 kick @ 1:10- can you hold =/- than your average from fast 75's above???
Check HR

Until 11 a.m.,
300's @ :10 rest, drill/kick/drill/swim (FAD- build) by 25's
