BROKEN 150 from a dive (3 x 50 @ :10 rest)- get time
Active recovery for 5 minutes...
125 for time from a dive ("FAD")- 100 swim, 25 kick with boards- same stroke as Broken 150, trying to equal or better your time from the Broken 150.
Active recovery for 8 minutes
