RACE DAY!!
3 rounds of (1 IM, 1 primary, 1 freestyle- in that order):
1 x 125- 75 swim, 50 kick with boards- straight, get time @ 3:00
1 x BROKEN 150 (3 x 50 @ :10 rest)- get time, can you be FASTER than 125 time?!?
Warmdown before you get out. Do an excellent job with your HW tonight, please remind your parents about Coffee tonight at Panera (6:30-7:30 p.m.). Have a great day!
