RACE DAY!!
Today we went 4 rounds of:
1 x BROKEN 150 (3 x 50 @ :10 rest)
300 active recovery
1 x 125- 75 swim, 50 kick with boards; can you beat your time from the Broken 150?
By round, go free, primary stroke, IM and kick (kick was 75 on back & 50 with boards)
Warmdown a bit before you get out. Do an excellent job in school today & be sure to bring some schoolwork to the meet with you. Get excited to race this weekend, have a great day!
