Today we went three rounds of:
BROKEN 150 swim- 3 x 50 @ :10 rest, get time
5:00 active recovery
125 (100 swim, 25 kick with boards) for time- can you be faster than your Broken 150?
Go free, primary, IM by round.
Warmdown a bit before you get out & do an excellent job with your HW tonight. Be sure to bring some schoolwork with you to the meet this weekend. get excited to race this weekend & have a great day!
