Monday, April 15, 2019- Written for SCY

1 x 600- 300 swim freestyle, 300 reverse IM- go drill/drill/kick by 25's
1:00 rest

16 x 75 in sets of 4:
1-4, drill/drill/kick on back (BUILD), focus on UDK's @ 1:25
5-8, kick/swim/kick by 25's descend 1-4's @ 1:15
After #16, check HR, then 1:00 rest

6 rounds of:
2 x 150 kick @ 2:45- go 100 on back choice, 50 with boards in primary stroke kick, desc 1-2
1 x 200 swim/kick by 100's, desc 1-3/4-6, @ 3:30
4 x 50 swim/kick by 25's (same stroke as 200 & 75's), desc 1-4 @ 1:00 (gets :05 faster by round)
1:00 rest after 3rd & 6th sets, check HR

Finish up with 1 x 300 drill/kick/skulling by 25's

Warmdown a bit before you get out. Do some schoolwork today- even though you're on Spring Break. Have a great day!
