Thursday Afternoon, March 5, 2020- OF/MF, written for SCY

1 x 600- 300 swim freestyle, 300 reverse IM drill- go drill/kick/drill by 25's
1:00 rest

8 x 75 @ 1:15-
odds, drill free/drill NO FREE/kick (build) by 25's
evens, swim build to FAST turn, then 50 kick choice on back w/FAST back turn
3 x 300 @ :20 rest-
each 300 is swim free/kick on back/swim IM by 100's, desc the 3 x 300 1-3 to something JUICY!
Check HR after #3, then 1:00 rest

6 rounds of:
3 x 125 @ 1:45- 25 kick w/boards, 100 swim free br3 & desc 1-3; in 4th & 6th rounds, go these @ 1:35
1 x 75 kick FAST for time @ 1:15
1 x 250 swim free br3 desc 1-3, and in rounds 4-6, go backstroke or IM (Madeline); Olivia can go 150's swim breaststroke in rounds 4-6, try to descend under 1:55
1:00 rest after each round, check HR
