odds- swim/kick/swim by 50's in primary stroke desc 1-2 @ 2:40
evens- pull free br 3/5/3 by 50's desc 1-4 @ 2:10

Finish up with...
6 rounds of:
1 x 50 drill/swim DPS by 25's
1 x 50 swim 200 setup/drill by 25's
1 x 50 swim at 200 GP
2 rounds free @ 1:00, 2 rounds primary stroke NO FREE @ 1:10, 2 rounds choice @ 1:00
