RACE DAY!!
Today we went the following:
1 x 100 RACE from a dive in primary stroke, get time
8:00 warmdown, think about what could have been better on your 100
1 x 100 RACE from a dive, same stroke- make it better than the 1st 100
8:00 warmdown, think about how it could have better
1 x 100 RACE from a dive- same stroke, from the BULKHEAD- make it better than the 1st 2 x 100
Warmdown before you get out, wear your mask all the way to the car. REMEMBER, our Sunday workouts will be at Broadlands from this coming Sunday through the end of the Summer- make a note of that. Have a great day & enjoy your day off tomorrow!
