Meet Warmup, then...
RACE DAY!!
Today we went the following (all in primary stroke), in two groups, :10 apart:
1 x 150 RACE from a dive- get time
10 minutes warmdown
1 x BROKEN 150: 75 from a dive/25 from a push/50 from a push, all @ :15 rest- get time
10 minutes warmdown (add both 150 times together for 300 total)
3 x 100 RACE from a dive @ 3:00, best average ever! GOAL: 3 x 100 add up to FASTER than your 150's
Warmdown until it's time to get out
Wear your mask all the way to the car, enjoy your day off tomorrow- wear your sunscreen & drink plenty of water. Sunday Morning at 6a at Broadlands. Have a great day!
