Anybody who's NOT racing tomorrow, or who wants to do a different warmup, you can (12 x 75, then 5 x 125). You can still do the Speedset, but finish up with "the usual."
DISTANCE-
After warmup (600/12 x 75/5 x 125), get into the following:
3 x 450 swim free br3 @ :30 rest OVER 500 Free best time; desc 1-3 to what you can
Check HR/300 easy choice
3 x 450 swim free br3 @ :20 rest OVER 500 Free best time, desc 1-3 to faster
Check HR/300 easy choice
3 x 450 swim free br 3 @ :10 rest OVER 500 Free best time, make interval (desc if possible)
Check HR/300 easy choice
