RACE DAY!!
Today we went...
6 x 100 RACE from a dive @ 4:00- same stroke for first 4 x 100, then can change strokes.
Warmdown a bit before you get out & do an excellent job with your drylands at home. Wear your sunscreen & drink plenty of water today- it's going to be another day hot as blazes. Have a great day & enjoy your day off tomorrow!
