RACE DAY!!
Today we went two rounds of the following:
4 x 50 RACE from a dive @ 3:00- get times, figure avg time per 50 (multiply by 3)
8 minutes to warmdown
1 x 150 RACE from a dive- same stroke as the 50's, how close can you get to avg time/x3 from 50's?
8 minutes to warmdown
1st round is primary stroke NO FREE
2nd round is choice
DISTANCE-
Two options...
A) 5 x 800 @ :30 rest, odds are swim or pull desc 1-3 to FAST (#5 FAD), evens are swim/kick IM order @ 1:45 or swim NO FREE/free by 50's @ 1:35
B) 6 x 350 RACE (FAD) @ 6:00 best average- target your best 400M time or faster
Warmdown a bit before you get out. Wear your sunscreen this weekend & drink plenty of water each day. Sunday Morning at Broadlands, 6-8a. Have a great day!
