odds- from a running start, go 200 set up (#1), 200 GP (#3) and faster than GP (#%)
evens- always drill, bank the rest from odd 50's
Go 2 rounds primary stroke NO FREE, 2 rounds free, 2 rounds choice, but same stroke
Check HR after each round; after even rounds, get right into...
1 x 300 pull with shnorkel & choice equip, desc 3 x 100 to something JUICY
