RACE DAY!!
Today we went the following:
4 x 100 RACE from a dive @ 6:00 (one group every 2:00)
10 minutes to warmdown
(figure avg time from 4 x 100, and divide in half for 50 time)
BROKEN 150- 3 x 50 RACE @ :10 rest (1st 50 from a dive, others from a push)
10 minutes to warmdown (were you faster on ALL 3 x 50's than half your avg time from 4 x 100's?)
PMI, what could you have done to be better today?
10 minutes to work on stroke, turns, etc...
Finish up with...
1 x 175 RACE from a dive, goal is to be FASTER than your 200 Goal Time
Warmdown a bit before you go. Wear your sunscreen this weekend & be sure to drink plenty of water each day. Sunday Morning back at Broadlands, 6-8a. Have a great day!
