Today went through the following:
4 x 50 from a dive @ 3:00 (one group of two heats every 1:30)
8:00 warmdown
Broken 200: 75/50/75, all @ :15 rest (1st 75 is from a dive)
8:00 warmdown
1 x 175 from a dive-
10 minutes warmdown
Finish up with...
Celebrity Death Match 75's- 2 at a time, decide what you're going to race (everybody does at least 1)
Warmdown a bit before you go. Wear your sunscreen today & drink plenty of water. Get excited to race next weekend & keep up with your drylands. Sunday Morning at Broadlands at 6a. Have a great day!
