Check HR, then 1:00 rest
2 groups:
A) TOMBSTONE KICK out&backs @ :50- forward ss at midpool, then back; change kick @ m-p
B) SPEEDPLAY 100's from a dive (2):
Vertical dolphin kick at midpool, starting end turns are FAST, far end turns are PERFECT
