1 x 300- swim free, reverse IM drill, kick on back- by 100's
1:00 rest

3 sets of:
6 x 25 @ :10 rest- odds skulling, evens kick w/4 FAST UDK's
2 x 75 kick/swim/kick by 25's, desc 1-2 @ :10 rest
1 x 100 kick FAST, go IM in 1st round, free in 2nd round & stroke NO FREE in 3rd round
Check HR after each set

Swim for Justice-
1st long swim of the year, go for 8:46 & think of how you can make a difference

Warmdown with 3 x 150 50 kick FAST, 100 drill/skull by 25's
