Tuesday, June 2, 2020- Day 1 @ CCoF (SCM)

1 x 300- 100 swim free, 100 IM drill, 100 kick on back
1:00 rest

3 x 150 drill- kick by 25's, focus on UDK's off wall
Check HR

3 sets of:
6 x 25 drill @ :40
1 x 100 kick (desc 1-3, focus on 4 UDK's off each wall)
:20 rest
3 x 50 drill/swim by 25's- really put together a good stroke here!
Check HR again

Finish up with 6 x 25 choice @ :10 rest
