Wednesday Morning, June 10, 2020- written for SCM/SCY (written by Ross)

1 x 600- 150 swim/50 kick, then 100/100, then 50 swim/150 kick
1:00 rest

3 sets of (1 set free, 1 set back, 1 set free):
4 x 25 @ :40- 1 kick, 2- skulling, 3&4 are drill
4 x 50 swim @ 1:00- get time & count strokes, add that number & desc 1-4 through the set
1 x 75 swim- same pace as the last 50, but just as efficient!
25 easy choice back to the starting end


Warmdown a bit before you get out. If you have any schoolwork left, be sure to finish it up and turn it in. Wear your sunscreen if you have to be outside & drink your water throughout the day. Phase 2 schedule begins on Monday, watch the club website for details on that new schedule, Have a great day!
